Responsible for preparing meals under the direction of the western chef

6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., 9 hours per day in any six days in a week, shift duty and shift holiday
學歷要求：
工作經驗及技能：
Form 5 or above; 4-5 years kitchen operation experience; Knowledge of the products, such as menu prices, recipes, ingredients, cooking methods (including cook time), serving methods, portion and garnish standard, presentation standard etc; Knowledge of kitchen safety and security procedures; Knowledge of cleanliness and food hygiene procedures and standard; Good command of spoken Chinese and English
